摘要

<正> 据文献报道

活血化瘀药有增加血液流量、改善血液流变学性质和微循环的作用

但它们是否还有抗凝血作用?这是值得进一步探讨的问题;此外

关于血瘀症患者在血液流变学上的异常性已有报道

但对该症患者血液凝固性的报道则甚少。为此

我们采用体外试验对53种药物制剂进行了抗凝活性的比较

并对45例血瘀症患者及正常人的血液凝固性进行了观察。现将结果报道如下。

Abstract

We have introduced an in vitro test formeasuring blood coagulation and its applica-tion to the studies of ABRS.The prelimi-nary results are as follows:1.More than 50 preparations of diffe-rent Chinese herbal drugs were studied.Thepreparations could be divided into 3 typesaccording to their anticoagulation actions:（1）14 full anti-coagulation prepara-tions:13 being Chinese herbal drugs amongthem

12 （92.3%）belonged to ABRS drugsand 7

Salvia species.（2）20 partial anti-coalulation prepara-tions:Among them

7（35%）belonged toABRS drugs.（3）19 non-anti-coagulation preparations:Among them

only 5（26.3%）belonged toABRS drugs.It may be concluded that some of theABRS drugs have a strong anticoagulationeffect.2.Blood coagulation tests were carriedout on 45 subjects including 21 normal per-sons and 24 hemostasis patients（10 ischemicstrokes and 14 coronary heart disease）.Itwas found that the coagulating time wasshorter in both hemostasis groups than in thenormal.These results showed that the coa-gulating function of the blood of hemostasisgroups was higher than that of the normal.
