摘要

<正> 1977年11月至1978年1月

我们用中药“感冒合剂”对71例感冒患者进行了临床疗效观察

取得较为满意的效果

同时就“感冒合剂”的某些作用原理进行了初步探讨

现将结果介绍如下。一、病例选择和病情分级

Abstract

71 cases of common cold were treatedwith Chinese midicine“Common cold mix-ture”in Nov.1977—Jan.1978. It was mar-kedly efficacious in 56 cases（78.8%）;effi-cacious in 15 cases（21.2%）.The resultsconfirme that“Common cold mixture”is ef-fective in the treatment of common cold.Inorder to elucidate the mechanism of action

its effects on the lethal Sendal virus infec-tion and sheep red cell antibody responsewere studied in mice.Preliminary resultsindicate that this mixture has the capacityto protect mice from Sendal virus infectionand to inhibit the 19S sheep red cell anti-body response in mice.
