摘要

<正> 中医辨证为阳虚的一些疾病患者

如甲状腺功能减退症（以下简称“甲减”）等患者

其血浆 cAMP/cGMP 比值偏低;而辨证为阴虚（尤其是阴虚火旺）的一些疾病患者

如甲状腺

Abstract

Hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism

7cases each

were treated separately with Chi-nese materia medica and Chinese materiamedica plus small dose of thyroxine.Signsand symptoms were remarkedly ameliorated.However

thyroid function tests including T

and T

remained abnormal.Examination of plasma cyclic nucleotiderevealed that

in hyperthyroidism

the val-ues of cyclic nucleotide before treatment

judged by normal values

were as follows:elevated cAMP

lowered cGMP

with amarked increase in cAMP/cGMP ratio（P

0.05）;while comparison between the valuesbefore and after treatment revealed

de-crease in cAMP

increase in cGMP

andmarked decrease in cAMP/cGMP ratio.Asfor hypothyroidism

the results showed that

asjudged by normal values

the plasma cyclicnucleotide values before treatment were:low-ered cAMP（P

0.01）

elevated cGMP

and decrease in cAMP/cGMP ratio（P

0.01）;after treatment

the values were near-er to normal

as compared with that be-fore treatment

i.e.increase in cAMP（P

0.05）

decrease in cGMP

and marked in-crease in cAMP/cGMP ratio（P

0.01）.
