Influence of Drastic Benefitting Qixue ( Qi-blood) and Yin-Yang Decoction on Cellular Immunity and Hemopoietic Function of Bone-Marrow
DBQYD remarkedly improved the involvement of lym-phocytic 3H -TdR in mice of Yin deficiency and Yang-deficientcy
remarkedly stimulated the secretion of interleukin -2 (IL - 2) from lymphocytes of mice with Yin and Spleen deficiencies; remarkedly stimulated the production of colony stimulating factors (CSFs) in splenic culture medium (SCM) in deficient spleen mice
but markedly inhibited the formation of CSFs in lung culture medium of deficient spleen mice. The results demonstrated that
when benefitting methods were applied to both Qi -blood and Yin- Yang
the cellular immunity of mice with Yin -deficiency
Yan-deficiency and spleen deficiency
and the marrow hemopoietic function in mice with Yang and spleen deficiencies can be strengthened.
