摘要

本临床试验采用随机双盲法

共观察患者120例

1号组为治疗组

2号组为对照组

各60例。1号组服用复方马钱子片

临床治愈1例（1.7％）

显效27例（45.0％）

有效26例（43.3％）

总有效率为90.0％。对照组服用风湿马钱片

临床无治愈例

显效16例（26.7％）

有效33例（55.0％）

总有效率81.7％。经统计学处理

复方马钱子片临床疗效明显优于风湿马钱片（P<0.05）

且无明显的毒副作用。

Abstract

One - hundred - twenty cases were randomly divided into 2 groups

each 60

one for treatment and the other for control

observed by double blind method. For the treatment group treated by Semen Strychni Co. tablet. 1 case was clinically cured （1. 7%）. 27 markedly effective （45.0%）

26 effective （43.3%）

total effective rate being 91. 0%. For the controlled group

treated by Fengshi Maqian tablet

no cured case was observed

16 cases were markedly effective （26.7%）

33 effective （55.0%）

the totaleffective rate being 81%. The results showed that Kushen Co. tablet was superior to Fengshi Maqian tablet （P<0. 05） with no obvious side toxicor effect.
