摘要

以温阳化气法（补肾健脾汤Ⅱ号）治疗中枢性尿崩症36例

并与以常规辨证方法治疗的36例作对照。结果发现:经过2个月治疗

两组病例平均尿量都有显著减少（P均

0.01）

尤以温阳化气组减少为著（P

0.05）;尿比重均有升高

但以温阳化气组上升显著（P

0.01）。各项激素检测提示

本病患者存在垂体前叶多轴不同部位、不同程度的功能紊乱

经温阳化气法治疗后指标有显著改善

尤以ACTH、T

、PRL、FSH及男性患者T的变化为著（P

0.05～0.01）。

Abstract

Thirty - six cases were treated with Bushen Jianpi Decoction No. II. with another 36 cases treated by conventional treatment based on syndrome typing as control. Results showed that after 2 months treatment

the urine volumes in both groups were all markedly decreased （P<0. 01）. especially the former group （P<0. 05）. The specific gravity of urine were all increased especially in the former group （P < 0. 01 ）. Exams by hormone revealed that there are functional disturbance in the anterior pituitary in multi - axes at difference parts with different degrees. The Wenyang Huaqi principle markedly ameliorates the condition

especially changes in ACTH T4

PRL. TSH and male T （P<0. 05. 0.01）.
