摘要

为探讨心脉通胶囊对冠心病心肌缺血患者的治疗作用

40例冠心病心肌缺血患者在常规西药治疗基础上随机分组。结果:两组患者ET明显高于健康人（P<0.001）

CGRP变化不明显（P>0.05）。治疗后两组患者ET及症状计分明显降低（P<0.01）

ST段明显升高（P<0.01）

但心脉通组ET、症状计分降低及ST段上升幅度明显大于对照组（P<0.05～0.01）;常规用药者CGRP变化不明显（P>0.05）

加用心脉通胶囊者CGRP明显提高（P<0.01）。

Abstract

Forty cases of CHD with myocardial ischemia treated conventionally with western drugs were divided into groups randomly to probe into the action of Xinmaitong Capsule on myocardial ischemia. Results revealed that the ET in both groups was higher than normal person （P<0. 001）: while no obvious changes

on CGRP can be observed. （P > 0. 05）. After treatment. ET and scoring of symptoms were markedly lowered （P<0. 01）

ST segment markedly elevated （P<0. 01）. However

symptom scoring and amplitude of ST elevation in Xinmaitong group were all higher than the control group （P<0. 05 -0. 01 ）. For cases of conventional drug therapy

changes of CGRP was not conspicuous

while that of the Xinmaitong group was obviously elevated （P < 0. 01）.
