摘要

应用宫宁颗粒剂治疗使用宫内节育器出血副反应60例

用药后月经血量、经期天数较用药前均明显减少（P均

0.01）

周期天数、血红蛋白较用药前均显著增加（P均

0.01）。对照组仅月经血量明显减少（P

0.01）

治疗组用药后血清及经血纤维蛋白裂解产物较用药前明显下降（P均

0.01）;经血前列腺素PGF

1α

与血栓素B

的比值用药后恢复正常。

Abstract

Sixty cases of bleeding due to intrauterine device for contracetion were treated with Gongning granules. Menstrual bleeding and period was markedly decreased after treatment （P<0. 01）

and the intermenstrual period and hemoglobin were all increased （P<0. 01）. For the control group

only the amount of menstrual bleeding was markedly decreased （P<0. 01）. In the treatment group

the product of fibrinolysin of serum and menstrual blood were all markedly decreased （P< 0.01） after treatment. The ratio of PGF1α

and TXA2 became normal after treatment.
