摘要

70例IgA肾病患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组34例

治疗组用自拟何芪汤治疗

对照组口服强的松、潘生丁和藻酸双酯钠治疗

观察治疗前与治疗3个月后患者的尿红细胞排泄率、尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血脂诸项、血液粘稠度、血浆白蛋白、免疫球蛋白。结果表明

治疗组治疗后各项指标的改善均有显著性（P<0.05或P<0.01）

对照组某些指标亦有改善

但多以治疗组为优。治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率分别为33.3％和91.7％

显著高于对照组的11.8％和52.9％（P<0.05

P<0.01）。

Abstract

Seventy cases of IgA nephrosis were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in the treatment group and 34 in the control group. The treatment was treated formulated Heqi decoction while the control group was administered cortisone

persantine

and polysaccharide suffate. The urine RBC excretion rate

quantitative protein

renal function and blood lipids

blood viscosity

plasma albumen

immunoglobulin before and 3 months after treatment were examined. Results showed that all indices in the treatment group before and after treatment revealed amelioration with significant difference （P < 0. 01）. For that in the control group

there was no significant statistical difference

though there was amelioration. The remission and total effective rates were 33. 3% and 91. 7% respectively

that of the control group

11. 8% and 52.9% （P<0. 01）.
