摘要

通过以大剂量黄芪（60g/日）为主配合丹参静脉滴注治疗狼疮性肾炎（气虚血瘀型）的临床研究

探索本疗法的疗效和机理。经对30例气虚血瘀型狼疮性肾炎患者的临床观察

黄芪为主配合丹参静脉滴注治疗气虚血瘀型狼疮性肾炎疗效确切

作用较单纯口服强的松疗效为优

不仅能改善临床症状、体征

而且能够改善患者的临床生化和免疫指标。

Abstract

investigation was made on lupus nephritis （type of Qi - deficiency and blood - stasis） treated mainly with large -dose Radix Astragali seu Hedysari （60g/day） concerted with venous dripping of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza to probe into its effect and mechanism. Through study on 30 cases

it was shown that the therapeutic effect was definite

being superior to oral cortisone. It not only improved clinical signs and symptoms

but also ameliorated the clinical biochemical and immunological indices.
