摘要

将116例恶性肿瘤患者按中医临床辨证标准分为偏虚组、偏实组、虚实并重组

并设对照组100例

测定其血清载脂蛋白A

（ApoA

）、载脂蛋白B

100

(ApoB

100

)水平及比值

结果:（1）恶性肿瘤患者出现血清载脂蛋白异常的比例大于对照组;恶性肿瘤患者ApoA

、ApoB

100

水平及比值与对照组比较存在非常显著差异（P均

0.001）

说明恶性肿瘤患者存在着载脂蛋白代谢紊乱。（2）恶性肿瘤偏虚组的ApoA

下降

偏实组ApoB

100

上升

虚实并重组的A/B比值显著下降（P均

0.001）

说明ApoA

、ApoB

100

的水平及比值的改变可作为中医临床虚实辨证的参考标准。

Abstract

One hundred and sixteen cases of malignant tumor were divided into deficiency syndrome group

excess syndrome group

and deficiency with excess syndrome group

and 100 cases were used as control group. Serum apoprotein AI （ApoAI） and apoprotein B100 （ApoB100） levels and their ratio were determined. Results indicated that proportion of abnormal serum apoproteins in the patient of malignant tumor was higher than that of the control group;and there were very significant differences between the patient of malignant tumor and the control in ApoAI and ApoB100 levels and their ratio all （P<0. 01）

suggesting that the patient of malignant tumor has disturbance of apoprotein metabolism. In the deficiency syndrome group level of ApoAI decreased

and in the excess syndrome group ApoB100 level increased and A/B ratio in the deficiency and excess syndrome group lowered significantly all （P<0. 01）. It is indicated that changes of the level and ratio of ApoAI and ApoB100 can be used as reference of differentiation of clinical deficiency and excess syndromes.
