Clinical observation on comprehensive therapy for 33 cases of recurrent pointed condyloma
To observe the therapeutic effect of comprehensive therapy for recurrent pointed condyloma. Methods: The macroscopic condyloma were firstly removed by high -frequency electric burning in 86 cases
and then they were randomly divided into 3 groups
group A
23 cases
were treated with Chinese drugs
oral administration of You Du Jing and external application of Xiao You Decoction; Group B
20 cases
with intramuscular injection of interferon
and group C
33 cases
with the all treatment in the group A and B. Results: 16 cases were cured
accounting for 69. 57% in the group A
14 cases
70% in the group B
and 31 cases
93. 04%
in the group C. The recurrence rate in the group C was 6- 06%
which was significantly lower than that in the group A (30. 43%) and in the group B (30%). Both the cured rate and the recurrence rate in the group C were significantly better than those in the group A and B CP<0. 05)
with on significant difference between the group A and B (P>0. 05). Conclusion: The comprehensive therapy in the therapeutic effect was better than simple Chinese drug treatment or simple intermuscular injection of interferon; Chinese drugs You Du Jing and Xiao You Decoction have a similar therapeutic effect on recurrent pointed condyloma.
