Clinical Observation on Treatment of 31 Cases of Chronic Bronchitis at Remission Stage with Bu Fei Granules
Purpose: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese drug Bu Fei Granules on chronic bronchitis at remission phase. Methods: 62 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with Bu Fei Granules and the control group treated with Yu Ping Feng Granules. Results: The remarkably effective rate of short - term clinical control was 77. 42% and the remarkably effective rate of long-term anti - recurrence in the treatment group was 74. 2%
which were significantly higher than 45.16% and 38. 71% in the control group respectively ( P <0. 05). Bu Fei Granules could increase SOD activity and CDs
decrease LPO content
which were superior to those of Yu Ping Feng Granules ( P<0. 01). Conclusion: Bu Fei Granules can improve Qi - deficiency syndrome and strengthen immune function in the patient of chronic bronchitis
so as to exert anti -recurrence action on chronic bronchitis.
