摘要

目的;观察复方消痹药浴包洗浴治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期的临床疗效。方法:将169例类风湿性关节炎活动期患者随机分为治疗组108例

每日用复方消痹药裕包洗浴1次

每次50分钟

对照组61例

每日用1％扶他林乳胶剂外涂2次

用药30天后观察患者临床疗效、症状体征、红外线热象图、炎性标志物、血液流变学的变化。结果;治疗组临床愈显率77.8％

总有效率92.6％

主要症状及体征均有显著改善（P<0.05或P<0.01）;红外线热象图检测显示患者双手指关节表面温度显著下降（P<0.05或P<O.01）;炎性标志物检测显示血沉（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）均有显著性下降（P<0.01）;血液流变学检测显示

各项指标均有显著性降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）。复方消痹药浴包治疗组各疗效指标均明显优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论:复方消痹药浴包洗浴对类风湿性关节炎活动期具有显著的治疗作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of bathing with Compound Xiaobi Yaoyu Bao on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 169 cases of rheumatoid arthritis at active atage were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 108） and control group （n = 61）. and were treated by bathing with Compound Xiaobi Yaoyu Bao and external smearing of 1% Voltaren emulsion respectively. After treatment of 30 days

infra-red thermogram

inflammatory markers and hemorheologic indexes were investigated. Results: Clinicaly cured rate and total effective rate were 77. 8% and 92. 6% respectively

main symptoms and signs improved significantly in treatment group. Examination of infra-red thermogram showed that temperature on surface of bilateral finger joints decreased significantly （P<0. 05 or P<0. 01）. inflammatory markers ESR and CRP decreased significantly （P<0. 01）. and hemorheologic indexes decreased significantly （P<0. 05 or P<0. 01） in the patient. And all the indexes in treatment group were superior to those in control group （P< 0. 05 or P<0. 01）. Conclusion: Bathing with Compound Xiaobi Yaoyu Bao has obvious therapeutic action on rheumatoid arthritis at active stage.
