摘要

目的

观察益气止血中药对脾不统血证模型大鼠前阿黑皮素（POMC）基因表达的影响。方法:以原位杂交结合图像分析的方法检测大脑皮层、海马、下丘脑前阿黑皮素信使核糖核酸（POMC mRNA）的积分光密度和面积。结果:脾不统血证模型大鼠脑组织POMC mRNA的积分光密度和面积均较正常显著增强

益气止血中药复方对各部位POMC的基因表达均有下调作用。结论:益气止血中药复方对各部位POMC的基因表达均有较好的调节作用

表现出单纯用药的协同作用

且其作用也略强于阳性对照药归脾丸。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of Chinese drugs for invigorating Qi and hemostasis on POMC mRNA expression in the model rats of failure of spleen to control the blood. Methods: Hybridization in situ and image analysis were used for determination of cummulative optical density and area of POMC mRNA in the cortex

hippocampus and hypothalamus. Results: The cummulative optical density and area of POMC mRNA in the brain tissues in model rats of failure of spleen to control blood were increased as compared with control rats

and the complex prescription for invigorating Qi and hemostasis could down-regulate the expression of POMC gene in the brain tissues. Conclusion: The complex prescription for invigorating Qi and hemostasis has a better regulative action on POMC gene expression in the brain tissues with a stronger action than Guipi Pills.
