摘要

目的;探讨中药复方消臌软坚丸治疗肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:对133例肝炎肝硬化腹水患者采取随机分组对照治疗方法

治疗组（88例）在西医对症治疗的基础上加用中药复方消臌软坚丸

对照组（45例）予西医常规对症处理。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、肝功能、影像学、腹水消退时间、不同程度腹水疗效及远期随访疗效

并进行安全性观察。结果:治疗组在缓解临床症状与体征、改善肝功能及影像学结果、缩短腹水消退时间

以及对重度腹水疗效、控制远期腹水复发等方面均优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）

且无明显不良反应。结论:复方消臌软坚丸对肝炎肝硬化腹水疗效确定

腹水消退迅速

安全平稳

且远期疗效肯定。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate therapeutic effect of Xiaogu Ruanjian Bolus on ascites due to cirrhosis of hepatitis. Methods: 133 cases of hepatitis with ascites due to cirrhosis were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 88） treated by western medicine plus Xiaogu Ruanjian Bolus

and the control group （n = 45） treated by western medicine. Clinical symptoms and signs

and safety were investigated. Results: The treatment group

and no obvious adverse effect was found. Conclusion: Xiaogu Ruanjian Bolus has a definite therapeutic effect on ascites due to cirrhosis of hepatitis.
