摘要

目的:观察脑脉通胶囊治疗脑血栓形成的临床疗效

并研究其作用机理。方法:将脑血栓形成患者随机分成治疗组86例和对照组74例。治疗组服用脑脉通胶囊

对照组服用络欣通

连续治疗3个月观察疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率为81.39%

总有效率为95.35%

与对照组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05或P<0.01）;治疗前后血脂、血液流变学检查结果

治疗组与对照组比较差异均有显著性（P<0.01）。结论:脑脉通胶囊对脑血栓形成具有良好的治疗效果

并能降低总胆固醇

低密度、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量

提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量

改善血液流变学指标和血液粘稠度。

Abstract

Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of Naomaitong Capsules on cerebral thrombosis and to study the mechanism. Methods: 160 cases of thrombosis were randomly divided into a treatment group（n=86） and a control group（n=74）

and they were treated by Naomaitong Capsules and LuoXinTong

respectively. After treatment for 3 months therapeutic effects were investigated. Results: The cured and markedly effective rate was 81.39% and the total effective rate was 95.35% in the treatment group with significant differences as compared with those in the control group （P<0.05 or P<0.01）; After treatment

there were significant differences between the two groups in blood lipids and hemorheologic results（P<0.01）. Conclusion: Naomaitong has a good therapeutic effect on cerebral thrombosis

and can decrease total cholesterol

low density and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride contents and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol content

and improve hemorheologic indexes and blood viscosity.
