摘要

目的:研究中药对慢性肝炎肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法:治疗组（40例）予以凉血解毒、滋肾柔肝中药治疗

对照组（30例）予以澳泰乐冲剂和大黄（庶虫）虫丸

疗程6个月

观察肝纤维化指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组病人经治疗后血清透明质酸（HA）、层粘蛋白（LM）、Ⅳ型胶原肽（C-Ⅳ）及Ⅲ型前胶原肽（PⅢP）均明显降低

与对照组比较

有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论:凉血解毒、滋肾柔肝法是治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的重要法则

所选方药是临床治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的有效药物。

Abstract

Objective: To study therapeutic action of Chinese drugs on fibrosis of liver due to chronic hepatitis. Methods: The treatment group （n=40） were treated by Chinese drugs for removing pathogenic heat from the blood and toxic material from the body

and nourishing the kidney and liver

and the control group（n=30） were treated by Aotaile Infusing Powder and Dahuang Zhechong Bolus for 6 months. Changes of indexes of fibrosis of liver were investigated. Results: After treatment

serum hyaluronic acid （HA）

laminin（LM）

type Ⅳ collagen peptide

and type Ⅲ collagen peptide decreased in the treatment group as compared with those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion: The method of removing pathogenic heat from the blood and toxic material from the body and nourishing the kidney and liver is an important law

and prescription drugs selected are clinically effective drugs for fibrosis of liver due to chronic hepatitis.
