Clinical Study on Treatment of 53 Cases of Chronic Injury of Soft Tissues with Intracutaneous Catgut Embedding Therapy
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of intracutaneous catgut embedding therapy on chronic injury of soft tissues. Methods: 106 cases of cervical spondylosis
myofascitis of back
lumbar muscle strain or the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into intracutaneous catgut embedding therapy group and acupuncture-cupping control group
53 cases in each group. Their pain degrees. functional states and indurative cords were graded and comprehensive therapeutic effects were assessed. Results:There were very significant differences between the two groups in the observed indexes (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Intracutaneous catgut embedding therapy can increase therapeutic effect on chronic injury of soft tissues.
