摘要

目的:观察清解肾康灵对肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、一氧化氮（NO）的干预作用

探讨清解肾康灵抗复发的机理。方法:频复发性肾病综合征（FRNS）患儿60例

简单随机分成治疗组（A组）

对照组（B组）

选取正常儿童30例作为对照组（C组）。强的松采用诱导缓解、移行减量及拖尾疗法;雷公藤采用24周疗法;环磷酰胺采用冲击疗法:清解肾康灵颗粒剂5g/次

3次/天

疗程1年。结果:FRNS患儿发作期血清TNF-α、NO显著高于C组（P<0.01）.而A组TNF-α、NO在治疗后则恢复正常

B组仍然高于正常对照组。A组和B组治疗后组间比较胆固醇含量、血浆白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白定量有非常显著差异（P<0.01）。A组和B组在疗效方面比较差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论:清解肾康灵在治疗及预防FRNS患儿的复发方面有显著的优势

能显著降低TNF-α、NO的含量

并且能明显控制TNF-α和NO的级联损伤效应。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the levels of plasma TNF-α and NO effected by Qingjie Shenkangling and further explain the antirecurrence mechanism of Qingjie Shenkangling. Methods: 60 patients with FRNS were randomly divided into group A and B. Group B were used as the control groups. Prednisone was adopted inducing remission transplanting and tapering methods: T

was adopted 24 weeks methods; or CTX was took vein pulsion; Qingjie Shenkangling was given at 5g each time

t. i. d for totally a year. Results: The level of plasma TNF-α and serum NO of the cases with FRNS at recurrence were markedly higher than control groups （P
