Observation on Therapeutic Effect of the Method for Activationg Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis in 31 Cases of Dysmenorrhea
Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of the method for activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis on dysmenorrhea and to explore the relation between the therapeutic effect and improvement of nail fold microcir-culation.Methods:Thirty-one cases of dysmenorrhea were treated by activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis as basic therapy and the nail fold microcirculation before and after treatment was investigated.Nail fold microcirculation weighted integration was used for analysis and comparison. Results:Before treatment the total integrating score was the highest and ∑(A×B)belonged to abnormality
indicating severe disturbance of microcirculation
with a very significant difference as compared with that of the healthy control group. After treatment the total integrating score decreased significantly and ∑(A×B)belonged to mild abnormality
indicating that microcirculation more obviously improved
and the total integrating score decreased gradually with alleviation of clinical symptoms and improvement of microcirculation disturbance. Conclusion:Pathogenesis of“obstruction in channels and collaterals inducing pain”is closely retlated with microcirculation disturbance
and improvement of microcirculation is an important aspect
