摘要

目的:研究白鹤冲剂对人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC）中核因子-κB（NF-κB）活化、细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）表达的影响

以探讨白鹤冲剂治疗血管炎的机制。方法:以细胞 ELISA 法、间接免疫荧光法分别观察白鹤冲剂对 HUVEC 中 NF-κB活化以及 ICAM-1表达的影响。结果:白鹤冲剂能抑制肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）刺激的 HUVEC 的 NF-κB的活化及 ICAM-1表达。结论:白鹤冲剂可能通过抑制 NF-κB活化从而有效地调控与炎症过程密切相关的黏附分子的基因表达

发挥治疗血管炎的重要作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study on effects of Baihe Instant Granules on NF-kB activation and intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1） expression of human umbilical cord vein endothelial cells（HUVEC）to explore the mechanism of Baihe Instant Granules for treatment of vasculitis.Methods:Nuclear factor-kB（NF-kB）aetivation and ICAM-1 expression of HUVEC were detected with cellular ELISA and indirect immunofluorescence staining method.Results:Baihe Instant Granules could inhibit activation of NF- kB stimulated by tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）and ICAM-1 expression in HUVEC.Conclusion:Baihe Instant Granules play important therapeutic action on vasculitis possibly by inhibiting NF-kB activation to effectively regulate ICAM-1 expression which is closely related with inflammatory course.
