摘要

目的:探讨肾衰胶囊延缓慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）进展及抗肾间质纤维化的机理。方法:74例失代偿期慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。观察两组血清尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（SCr）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）、Ⅳ型胶原（ColⅣ）、Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ）、层粘连蛋白（LN）的变化

尿蛋白（uPro）、尿β

-微球蛋白（β

-MG）及临床症状和体征的改善情况。结果:肾衰胶囊治疗后

CRF 患者 BUN、SCr 下降

Ccr 上升

血清 Col Ⅳ、PCⅢ、LN 下降

尿蛋白、尿β

-微球蛋白下降

除 LN 外

其他各项与对照组比较差异均有显著性（P

0.05）

临床症状和体征改善明显。结论:肾衰胶囊通过降低血清 BUN、SCr

升高 Ccr

改善肾功能

从而延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展;减少细胞外基质、ColⅣ、LN 的沉积

从而干预肾间质纤维化。

Abstract

Objective:To probe into the mechanism of Shenshuai Capsule in delaying advance of chronic renal failure（CRF）and against interstitial renal fibrosis.Methods:74 cases of CRF at decompensation phase were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Changes of their serum urea nitrogen（BUN）

creatinie（SCr）

endogenous creatinine clearance rate（Ccr）

collegen Ⅳ （Col Ⅳ）

procollagen Ⅲ（PC Ⅲ）

laminin（LN）

and improvement of urinary protein（uPro）

urinary β

-microglobulin（β

-MG）and clinical symptoms and signs were observed.Results:After treatment of Shenshuai Capsule

BUN

SCr

Col Ⅳ

PC Ⅲ

urinary protein and β

-MG decreased and Ccr increased in the treatment group

with a significant differences between the two group in the above mentioned indexes except LN（P

0.05）;And the clinical symptoms and signs improved.Conclusion:Shenshuai Capsule delays the advance of chronic renal failure by means of decreasing BUN

SCr and increasing Ccr and improving renal function;and reduces the deposition of extracellular substrate

Col Ⅳ and LN so as to interfere interstitial renal fibrosis.
