Effects of Modified Yupingfeng Powder on Cellular Immune Function in Mice of Wound Stress
Objective:To observe effects of modified Yupingfeng Powder on cellular immune function in mice of wound stress. Methods: Changes of cellular immune function were detected in mice of amputation stress. Results:In the mice after wound
cellular immune function including γ-interferon(IFN-γ)

ratio decreased
transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)level and nuclear transcript factor(NF-kB)mRNA and interleukin-10(IL-10)mRNA expression increased;Modified Yupingfeng Powder of high
middle and low dosages could correct the above indexes in varying degrees
and the various indexes in the mice of the high dosage group all restored to normal. Conclusion:After wound
cellular immune function of the mice was inhibited
and modified Yupingfeng Powder can effectively restore cellular immune function.
