摘要

目的:观察半夏厚朴汤加味治疗海洛因依赖脱毒后稽延性戒断症状的疗效。方法:198例海洛因依赖者随机分成3组（对照组63例

治疗 A 组65例

治疗 B 组70例）

以盐酸洛啡西定脱毒治疗12天后

对照组服模拟制剂

治疗 A 组服用半夏厚朴汤加味60天

治疗 B 组自眼用盐酸洛啡西定脱毒开始时即服用半夏厚朴汤加味

治疗 A、B 组停用中药10天后

分别观察1周内各组稽延性戒断症状并评分

1年后尿检调查复吸情况。结果:稽延性戒断症状评分治疗 B 组低于治疗 A 组（P<0.01）

而治疗 A 组低于对照组（P<0.01）;1年后复吸率治疗 B 组明显低于对照组和治疗 A 组（P<0.05）。结论:半夏厚朴汤加味可改善海洛因依赖脱毒后稽延性戒断症状

并且早期用药似有降低复吸率的趋势。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Banxia Houpu Decoction on protracted abstinent syndrome after detoxification in heroin dependence.Methods:198 cases of heroin dependence were randomly divided into three groups

control group（n=63）

treatment group A（n=65）and B（n=70）.They were detoxified by using Lofexidine Hydrochloride Tablet（LFX） for 12 days

and then

the control group were treated with an imitative preparation

the treatment group A with modified Banxia Houpu Decoction for 60 days

and the treatment group B with the modified Baixia Houpu Decoction from the beginning of the detoxification with LFX.10 days after treatment of Chinese medicine was ceased

the protracted abstinent syndromes of the three groups were observed and scored for 7 days

and one year later

the drug re-abusing cases in the three groups were investigated through detection of heroin in urine.Results:The scores of the protracted abstinent syndromes in treatment group B were lower than in treatment group A（P<0.01）

and the scores in treatment group A were lower than in the control group（P<0.01）.The re-abusing rate in treatment group B were significantly lower than in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Modified Banxia Houpu Decoction can improve the protracted abstinent syndromes after detoxification from heroin

and possibly has the tendency to decrease the re abusing rate when it is early administrated.
