摘要

目的:观察补肾活血口服液和二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。方法:将58例多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）伴有高胰岛素血症、高雄激素血症患者

采用抽签法随机分成实验组和对照组

实验组30例口服补肾活血口服液加二甲双胍

对照组只口服二甲双胍。结果:两组治疗后血清睾酮、黄体生成素、空腹胰岛素水平明显下降

空腹血糖/空腹胰岛素比值、胰岛素敏感性指数上升

与治疗前比较差异皆有显著性（P<0.05）

治疗后两组比较差异无显著性（P>0.05）。实验组排卵率达70%

妊娠率达56.7%。而对照组排卵率32.1%

妊娠率21.4%。两组治疗后排卵率、妊娠率比较差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论:二甲双胍调节 PCOS 内分泌失调疗效显著

但需配合促排卵治疗方能提高妊娠率;补肾活血口服液配合二甲双胍能显著提高 PCOS 患者的排卵率和妊娠率。

Abstract

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Oral Liquid plus metformin on polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）. Methods:58 cases of PCOS with hyperinsulinemia and hyperandrogenemia were randomly divided into an experiment group and a control group.The experiment group（n=30）were treated by Bushen Huoxue Oral Liquid plus metformin

and the control group （n=28）by oral administration of metformin.Results:After treatment

level of serum testosterone

luteotropin and fasting insulin decreased significantly

the ratio of fasting blood sugar/fasting insulin and insulin sensitivity index increased（P<0.05）in both groups

and there was no significant difference between two groups（P>0.05）.The ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate were 70% and 56.7% in the experiment group

and 32.1% and 21.4% in the control group

respectively

with significant differences between two groups（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Metformin has obvious therapeutic effect on endocrine imbalance in patient of PCOS

and metformin combined with Chinese drugs for tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation can significantly increase the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate in the patient of PCOS.
