摘要

目的:通过前瞻性临床资料研究

分析丹参注射液治疗高血压性脑出血的最佳时间窗。方法:将符合入组标准的100例高血压性脑出血患者随机按出血后24～48小时、72～96小时、120～144小时初始给予丹参注射液

分成早治、中治、后治3组

均给药4周

其余常规治疗相同。结果:4周和12周后观察疗效、神经功能缺损恢复程度、血肿消退情况

早治组均明显优于其余两组

但血肿扩大或/和再出血3组差异无显著性。结论:丹参注射液最有效且安全的治疗时间窗是脑出血后24～48小时内。

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the best time-widow of Danshen Injection for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into 3 groups.early treatment group

mid treatment group and late treatment group

according to hemorrhagic time

24～48h

72～96h and 120～144h.All of them were treated with Danshen Injection and same routine treatment for 4 weeks.Results:4 and 12 weeks after medication the therapeutic effect

recovery of neurologic deficits and subsidence of hematoma in the early treatment group were superior to those in the other two groups.But in enlargement of hematoma and/or re-hemorrhage there was no difference among the three groups.Conclusion:The most safe and effective time window of Danshen Injection for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is within 24～48h after hemorrhage.
