摘要

目的:通过对经中药治疗10年以上病例的总结

探索中药治疗艾滋病的远期疗效。方法:对服用中药汤剂或成药治疗10年以上艾滋病病例的 CD

计数、CD

/CD

比值以及体重进行前后对照并作统计学处理。结果:CD

及体重在治疗30个月时显著升高（P

0.05）

及 CD

/CD

比值保持稳定。结论:中药可明显改善艾滋病患者的免疫水平

远期疗效显著

应作进一步探索。

Abstract

Objective:To explore long-term therapeutic effect of TCM on acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）.Methods:CD

/CD

ratio and body weight before and after treatment in the patients who had been treated decoction or proprietary medicine of TCM for over 10 years were compared.Results:CD

and body weight increased significantly after 30 months of treatment（P

0.05）

and CD

/CD

ratio kept stable.Conclusion:Chinese medicine can significantly improve immune level and has a tong-term therapeutic effect on AIDS.
