摘要

目的:观察经方桂枝芍药知母汤对 HLA-DR

转基因小鼠胶原诱导性关节炎（CIA）C 反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素2（IL-2）表达水平的影响

以探讨桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿性关节炎（RA）的作用机理。方法:采用 HLA-DR

转基因小鼠 CIA动物模型

评价造模后桂枝芍药知母汤早期给药对 CRP、IL-2的影响。结果:与模型组比较

该方能明显降低 RA 转基因小鼠的 CRP、IL-2（P

0.05）;同时

RA 转基因阴性鼠中药组与转基因阳性鼠中药组比较

CRP 明显降低（P

0.05）。结论:桂枝芍约知母汤有改善 RA 的病情和症状

抑制 IL-2和 CRP 分泌的作用

这可能是本方治疗 RA 取得良好疗效的机理之一。

Abstract

Objective:To observe effects of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on C reaction protein（CRP）and interlukin-2（IL-2）level in collagen-induced arthritis（CIA）of HLA-DR

transgenic mice

so as to explore the mechanism of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods:Effects of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on CRP and IL-2 level in HLA- DR

transgenic mice of CIA were investigated at early treatment.Results:The recipe could significantly decrease CRP and IL-2 level in transgenic mice of CIA as compared with that in the model group（P

0.05）;And CRP decreased significantly in Chinese medicine group of RA transgenic negative mice as compared with that of Chinese medicine group of RA transgenic positive mice （P

0.05）.Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction can improve the state of illness and symptoms of RA

inhibit secretion of IL-2 and CRP

which is possibly one of the mechanisms of the recipe in treatment of RA.
