Clinical Study on Treatment with Fuzheng Jiedu Granule in 31 Cases of Hepatic Injury Induced by Nickel Exposure
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Granule(FJG)on hepatic injury induced by nickel exposure
and effects on serum nickel content
liver functions
blood cell
electrocardiogram
and findings of B-ultrasonography and X-ray. Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups
treatment group(n=31)and control group(n=29).The treatment group were treated with FJG combined with potassium-magnesium aspartate and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor
and the control group only with potassium-magnesium aspartate and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor. All of them were treated for 4 weeks.Changes of above indexes were investigated. Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in the therapeutic effect on symptoms and signs
and in the improvement of the above indexes(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:FJG plays a significant role in antagonizing hepatic injury induced by nickel exposure.
