摘要

目的:观察解毒化瘀方药对病毒性心肌炎心肌损伤的临床疗效及对血清心肌酶谱、血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）、自然杀伤细胞（NK 细胞）活性的影响。方法:选取病毒性心肌炎100例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用解毒化瘀方药

对照组用极化液及维生素 C、辅酶 A、肌苷等

两组均治疗14天为1个疗程

共治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率94.0%

对照组82.0%

两组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）;改善心肌损伤性 ST-T

治疗组总有效率93.48%

对照组76.74%

两组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）;解毒化瘀方药可显著提高 SOD 活性

降低 MDA 活性（均 P<0.01）。结论:解毒化瘀方药治疗病毒性心肌炎心肌损伤疗效优于西药常规治疗。

Abstract

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Jiedu Huayu Prescription on myocardial injury of viral myocarditis and effects on serum myocardial zymogram

superoxide dismutase（SOD）

malondialdehyde（MDA）

and natural killer cell（NK）.Methods:100 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group were treated with Jiedu Huayu Prescription

and the control with polarized liquid

vitamin C

coenzyme A

inosine

etc.14 days constitute one course.They were treated for 2 courses.Results:The total effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group and 82.0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）;The total effective rate for improvement of myocardial injury ST-T was 93.48% in the treatment group and 76.74% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）;Jiedu Huayu Prescription could significantly increase activity of SOD

decrease content of MDA（both P<0.01）.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Jiedu Huayu Prescription on myocardial injury of viral myocarditis is better than that of routine treatment of western medicine.
