摘要

目的:观察补肾活血法治疗IgA肾病的疗效。方法:将肾活检证实为IgA肾病的患者320例随机分为两组

各160例

治疗组以补肾活血法为大法口服中药

对照组口服潘生丁

3个月为1个疗程

3个疗程后统计疗效。观察两组临床症状、体征、尿常规（尿红细胞、尿蛋白）、24小时尿蛋白定量、免疫球蛋白及肾功能等指标的变化。结果:治疗组完全缓解34例

部分缓解38例

有效49例

无效39例

总有效率75.6%;对照组完全缓解16例

部分缓解24例

有效32例

无效88例

总有效率45.0%。两组总有效率差异有显著性（P<0.01）。治疗组血尿、蛋白尿等指标的改善明显优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）

血清IgA也较治疗前明显降低（P<0.01）。结论:补肾活血法是治疗IgA肾病的有效方法

可显著改善IgA肾病血尿及蛋白尿症状。

Abstract

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of the method of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation on IgA nephropathy.Methods:320 cases of IgA nephropathy confirmed by renal biopsy were randomly divided into two groups

160 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with the method of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation by oral administration of TCM

and the control group with oral administration of dipyridamole.Their therapeutic effects were investigated after 3 therapeutic courses

3 months constituting one course.Changes of symptoms

urinary red cell and protein

24-hour urinary protein

immunoglobins and renal function were observed.Results:In the treatment group

34 cases were complete remission

38 cases partial remission

49 cases effective and 39 cases ineffective

the total effective rate being 75.6%.In the control group

16 cases were complete remission

24 cases partial remission

32 cases effective and 88 cases ineffective

the total effective rate being 45.0%

with a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P<0.01）.The treatment group in improvement of hematuria and proteinuria was significantly superior to the control group（P<0.05 or P<0.01）

and serum IgA decreased significantly after treatment（P<0.01）.Conclusion:The method of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation is an effective method for IgA nephropathy.It can improve hematuria and proteinuria.
