摘要

目的:探讨健脑复智口服液对血管性痴呆（VD）的疗效及机理。方法:按标准选择45

0岁VD患者50例

随机分为受试组和对照组。受试组口服健脑复智口服液

对照组口服都可喜片。治疗前及治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月查MMSE积分、BBS积分、中医证候指标

治疗前及治疗后3个月查经颅多普勒（TCD）

并进行统计学分析。结果:受试组与治疗组MMSE积分、BBS积分、中医证候指标、TCD等治疗前后差异有显著性。结论:健脑复智口服液对VD有较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective:To probe the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Jiannao Fuzhi Oral Liquid for treatment of vascular dementia（VD）.Methods:Fifty cases conformed with the diagnostic criteria of VD

aged 45～80 years were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group were treated with oral administration of Jiannao Fuzhi Oral Liquid and the control group with Duxil.MMSE score

TCM syndrome indexes before and 1

3 months after treatment were detected

and transcracial Doppler’s detection（TCD） was carried out before and 3 months after treatment

and the results were analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in MMSE score

BBS score

TCM syndrome indexes and TCD before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Jiannao Fuzhi Oral Liquid has definite therapeutic effect on VD.
