摘要

目的:观察大黄建中汤治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的疗效。方法:将120例患者按中医临床辨证分为脾胃虚寒、肝郁气滞、胃阴不足、湿热积滞4型

治疗4周

其中80例应用大黄建中汤者为治疗组

并设40例应用吗丁啉治疗者为对照组。结果:治疗组和对照组临床症状总有效率分别为90%和72.5%

差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论:大黄建中汤治疗FD疗效显著

适宜于各证型的治疗

且无不良反应。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction on functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods:120 cases of FD were divided into four syndrome types:deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach

stagnation of the liver-qi

insufficiency of stomach-yin and accumulation of damp-heat

and they were treated for 4 weeks.The treatment group（n=80） were treated with Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction

and the control group（n=40） with Motilium.Results:The total effective rate for the clinical symptoms was 90% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group

with a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction has significant therapeutic effect on FD

and it is proper for various syndrome types with no adverse effect.
