摘要

目的:探讨从肝治心方（CGZXP）对急性心肌梗死（AMI）大鼠多器官血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达的影响。方法:大鼠AMI造模后分为CGZXP组和生理盐水（NS）组

每组分为3天、7天、14天、21天4个时间点

分别制备血浆及不同部位组织蛋白;制备含药血清

分为CGZXP高、中、低剂量和NS组;ELISA法检测以上血清、血浆及组织中VEGF含量。结果:各组含药血清及AMI大鼠血浆、肺、脾组织中均无或仅有微量VEGF表达;模型组各时间点心、肝、肾、大脑组织均可检测到VEGF分泌

其中梗死边界心肌VEGF含量高于梗死中心区;CGZXP组除AMI7天梗死中心、AMI3天肝脏VEGF无明显表达外

心、肝、肾、大脑各时间点均可见VEGF显著上调

较NS组差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论:CGZXP可上调AMI大鼠缺血心肌VEGF蛋白表达

还能同时促进AMI后肾、脑、肝多器官组织不同程度分泌VEGF

可能对AMI后多器官缺血应激损伤有一定保护作用。

Abstract

Objective:To explore effects of Conggan Zhixin Prescription （CGZXP） on vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） expression in multiple organs in acute myocardiac infarction（AMI） rats.Methods:AMI model rats were divided into a CGZXP group and a saline （NS） group.Plasma and tissue protein of different parts were prepared on 3rd

7th

14th and 21st day;Drug-containing serum were prepared in high

middle and low doses of CGZXP and NS groups.VEGF levels in the above serum

plasma and tissues were determined with ELISA.Results:There was no expression or micro-expression of VEGF in drug-containing serum in all groups

and plasma

lung and spleen tissues in AMI rats;The secretion of VEGF could be determined in the heart

liver

kidney and brain of the model group at all time points.Among them

VEGF content in the myocardium of the juncture of infarction was higher than that in the center of the infarction myocardium.In CGZXP group

VEGF expression in the infarction center on 7th day of AMI

in the liver on 3rd day of AMI

in the heart

liver

kidney and brain at all time points significantly upregulated with a significant difference as compared with NS group（P<0.01）.Conclusion:CGZXP can upregulate VEGF protein expression in ischemic myocardium in AMI rats

and promote secretion of VEGF in the kidney

brain

liver after AMI

and has a certain protective action on ischemic injury of multiple organs after AMI.
