Study on Shenghe Powder for Reversion of Multidrug Resistance of SGC7901/VCR Cells of Gastric Cancer
Objective:To explore the mechanism of Shenghe Powder(SHP) in reversion of multidrug resistence of SGC7901/VCR cells of gastric cancer. Methods:Gastric cancer drug-resistance cells SGC7901/VCR were treated with SHP at concentrations of 2.5
5.0 and 10mg/ml.The expression of P-glycoprotein(P-gp) was detected with flowcytometry and B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) protein was examined by immunohistochemical SABC method and imaging analysis. Results:In SHP treated group
A value of Bcl-2 in SGC7901/VCR cells was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)
and the expression of Bcl-2 and P-gp was significantly down-regulated.Conclusion:SHP can reverse the multidrug resistance of SGC7901/VCR
which is possibly related with the changes of the expressions of Bcl-2 and P-gp.
