摘要

目的:观察脑心通胶囊对代谢综合征（MS）患者左心室重量、功能特征的影响。方法:选择60例MS患者

应用多普勒超声检测心脏左室结构及功能

根据有无高血压分为MS组、高血压代谢综合征（HMS）组

对比两组左室结构、功能的异同

并对HMS组给予脑心通胶囊治疗

观察其对左室肥厚及功能的影响。结果:与MS组及对照组比较

HMS组的左室后壁厚度、室间隔厚度、左室重量显著增大

舒张早期与舒张晚期峰值流速的比值（E/A）显著减小

差异有显著性（P<0.01）;治疗后HMS组左室重量、E/A与治疗前比较差异亦有显著性（P<0.01）。结论:MS患者多有左室结构和功能的损害

脑心通胶囊可减缓、逆转左室肥厚

从而改善心脏功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe effects of Naoxintong Capsules on left ventricular weight and functional characteristics in the patient of metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods:Left ventricular structures and function were detected with Duppler ultrasonic examination.Sixty cases of MS were divided into MS group（without hypertension） and hypertesion MS （HMS） group（with hypertension） and left ventricular structures and functions were compared between groups.Effects of Naoxintong Capsules on left ventricular hypertrophy and function in the HMS group were investigated.Results:Compared with MS group and the control group

thickness of the left ventricular posterior wall

thickness of the interventricular septum and left ventricular weight significantly increased

and E/A value significantly decreased （P<0.01） in the HMS group.There were significant differences in left ventricular weight and E/A in the HMS group（P<0.01） before and after treatment.Conclusion:Most MS patients have changes of left ventricular structures and functions

and Naoxintong Capsules can alleviate and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy

so as to improve function of the heart.
