摘要

目的:评价痰热清辅助治疗急性放射性肺炎的疗效和毒副反应。方法:69例急性放射性肺炎患者随机分为两组

治疗组（地塞米松、左氧氟沙星加痰热清）35例

对照组（地塞米松加左氧氟沙星）34例

共治疗2周。结果:治疗组总有效率和显效率明显高于对照组

其中显效率两组间比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）;对照组的毒副反应发生率为35.29%

治疗组为31.43%

两组间比较差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结论:痰热清辅助治疗放射性肺炎安全、有效。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate therapeutic and adverse effects of Tanreqing Injection for treatment of acute radiation pneumonia.Methods:Sixty-nine cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n=35） was treated with dexamethasone

levofloxacin and Tanreqing injection

and the control group （n=34） was treated with dexamethasone and levofloxacin

both for two weeks.Results:The total effective rate and the markedly effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group

with a significant difference between the two groups in the markedly effective rate（P<0.05）. The adverse effect was 35.29% in the control group and 31.43% in the treatment group with no significant difference[WTBX]（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection is safe and effective for adjuvant treatment of acute radiation pneumonia.
