摘要

目的:探讨胃宝治疗门脉高压性胃病（PHG）的临床疗效。方法:采用胃宝（治疗组）治疗PHG36例

并与西咪替丁联合吗丁啉（对照组）治疗36例随机对照观察。结果:治疗组治疗后

临床症状改善、肝功能恢复及胃内镜下胃黏膜改善等方面均明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论:胃宝治疗PHG

能降低门脉高压

改善肝功能

促进胃黏膜修复。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Weibao on portal hypertensive gastropathy（PHG）.Methods:The treatment group of 36 cases of PHG was treated with Weibao

and the control group of 36 cases was treated with Domperidone combined with Cimetidine.Results:After treatment of 3 months

effect of the treatment group was to that of the control group in improvement of clinical symptoms

recovery of hepatic function and gastric mucosa under endoscope.Conclusion:Weibao can decrease portal hypertension

improve hepatic function and promote repair of gastric mucosa in treatment of PHG.
