Clinical Observation on 76 Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated with Ruzeng Powder
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect and its mechanism of Ruzeng Powder in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:76 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands in the treatment group were treated with Ruzeng Powder and 76 cases in the control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules.Therapeutic effects of both groups were compared
and serum estradiol(E
2
)
progestogen(P) and prolactin(PRC) levels on the 7th day of luteal phase before and after treatment in the patients of treatment group were determined.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P
<
0.01).After treatment
serum E
2
and PRL level significantly decreased (P
<
0.01)
and P level significantly increased as compared with those before treatment(P
<
0.01).Conclusion:Ruzeng Powder has definite therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands
which is exerted possibly via influencing level of E
