Study on Molecular Mechanism of Zuoguiwan in Promoting Bone Marrow Cells to Form Hepatic Cells
Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of Zuoguiwan in promoting bone marrow cells to form hepatic cells. Methods:After irradiation with 9.0Gy 60Co γ-rays
the female BALB/c mice were injected via the tail vein with bone marrow cells of homogenic male mice to establish bone marrow transplantation model. The female BALB/C mice were randomly divided into a Zuoguiwan group
and a model group.After 6 month
all mice were sacrificed and liver tissues were taken.Changes ence of gene expression profile was detected using the mouse gene expression profile oligo-nucleotide chip. Results:There were significant differences in gene expression profile of the liver tissue between the two groups after 6 months of transplantation
with 1147 genes of differential expression
of which 533 genes were function-known and 264 genes were up-regulated
269 genes down-regulated.Conclusion:The molecular mechanism of Zuoguiwan in promoting bone marrow cells to form hepatic cells is exerted possibly via influencing the changes of gene expression profile.
