摘要

目的观察人参养荣汤对亚急性老化小鼠外观、体重增长率、死亡率、脑神经元形态和密度的影响。方法69只ICR系小鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、中药组

每组23只

模型组、中药组以D-半乳糖制备老化模型

对照组以等量生理盐水皮下注射;中药组给予人参养荣汤治疗。观察光学显微镜下Golgi染色后小鼠脑组织形态和密度的变化。结果人参养荣汤能明显抑制老化小鼠大脑皮质神经元密度的下降（P<0.01）

对海马区神经元密度的作用不显著。结论人参养荣汤对大脑皮质神经元的保护作用可能是其抗衰老机制之一。

Abstract

Objective:To observe effects of Renshen Yangrong Decoction on appearance

body weight increasing rate

death rate and cerebral neuron form and density in the sub-acute mice.Methods:Sixty-nine ICR mice were randomly divided into a control group

and a model group

a Chinese medicine group

23 mice in each group.Mice in model group and Chinese medicine group were given D-galactose to make aging model

and the control group were subcutaneously injected with saline.Chinese medicine group were treated with Renshen Yangrong Decoction.Changes of cerebral tissue form and density were observed after Golgi stain under light microscope.Results:Renshen Yangrong Decoction could significantly inhibit the decrease of neuron density of the cerebral cortex （P<0.01） and did not significantly influence the neuron density of the hippocampus.Conclusion:The protective action of Renshen Yangrong Decoction on neurons of the cerebral cortex is possibly one of mechanisms of its anti-aging effect.
