摘要

目的:探讨清肝化瘀方对大鼠肝癌前病变模型Notch信号系统的影响。方法:用二乙基亚硝胺（DEN）建立Solt-Farber二步大鼠肝癌前病变的短期实验模型

应用不同浓度的清肝化瘀方进行干预

酶组织化学方法检测三磷酸腺苷酶（ATP酶）的表达变化

免疫组织化学方法检测白蛋白（ALB）、Notch1、Notch1配体Jagged的表达变化。结果:与模型组比较

清肝化瘀方等效剂量、大剂量组ATP酶、ALB表达水平显著升高（P<0.01）

Notch1、Jagged表达水平显著降低（P<0.01）。结论:清肝化瘀方可有效阻断大鼠肝癌前病变

其作用机理可能与调节Notch信号通路有关。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qinggan Huayu Peroral Solution on Notch signaling system of hepatic precancerous lesion in rats.Mehtods:A Solt-Farber two-step test model of prehepatocarcinoma in rat was established by diethylnitrosamine.Qinggan Huayu Peroral Solution in different concentration was given to investigate the expression of ATP enzyme in different groups by enzyme-histochemisty and the expression of ALB

Notch1

Jagged by immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with the model group levels of ATP enzyme and ALB were singnificantly increased（P<0.01）

and the levels of Notch1 and Jagged were singnificantly decreased（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Qinggan Huayu Peroral Solution can prevent hepatic precancerous lesion rats

which is related to the regulating effect on Notch signaling system.
