摘要

目的观察中药汤剂、川芎嗪配合氦氖激光对黄褐斑患者脂质过氧化物（LPO）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的影响。方法90例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组

治疗组54例

采用自拟补肾疏肝化瘀方、川芎嗪配合氦氖激光治疗。对照组36例

采用口服维生素E、维生素C

20%壬二酸霜外涂治疗。结果治疗组总有效率79.6%

明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后LPO明显降低（P<0.01）

SOD明显升高（P<0.05）。结论自拟补肾疏肝化瘀方、川芎嗪配合氦氖激光治疗黄褐斑

具有抗氧化作用

临床可获得较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese decoction and ligustrazin Hydrochloride Injection combined with He-Ne laser on lipoperoxide （LPO） and Superoxide dismutase （SOD） in chloasma patients.Methods Ninety cases of chloasma were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group （n=54） was treated by self-prepared Kidney-Supplementing Liver-Coursing Stasis-Transforming Formula

Ligustrazin Hydrochloride Injection and He-Ne laser therapy.Vit E and Vit C were orally taken and 20% Azelaic Acid cream was given for external use to 36 patients in control group.Results The total efficacy of treatment group （79.6%） was superior to that of control group （P<0.05）.After treatment LPO decreased while SOD increased remarkedly in treatment group （P<0.05 or P<0.01）.Conclusion Kidney-Supplementing Liver-Coursing Stasis-Transforming Formula

Ligustrazin Hydrochloride Injection and He-Ne laser therapy has anti-oxidation capacity and better efficacy for chloasma.
