摘要

目的探讨脑伤乐生颗粒（NSLS）治疗脑损伤的作用机理。方法SD大鼠分组后

分别灌胃给予NSLS（12g/kg、6g/kg、3g/kg）及尼莫地平（10mg/kg）

观察药物对脑含水量、脑指数、丙二醛含量、大脑中动脉阻塞后脑梗死程度、运动神经功能损伤情况的影响;健康杂种犬分组后分别灌胃给予NSLS（3.0g/kg、1.5g/kg）及尼莫地平（10mg/kg）

观察药物对犬脑血流量及脑血管阻力的影响。结果NSLS能够显著降低脑缺血及脑损伤大鼠脑含水量、脑指数、脑组织中丙二醛含量;明显提高犬脑血流量、降低脑阻力

而对心率、血压、心电图无明显影响;明显改善脑损伤大鼠运动神经功能;显著降低大鼠中动脉阻塞后脑梗死面积。结论NSLS对脑损伤的治疗有显著效果。

Abstract

Objective To study the mechanism of Naoshang Lesheng Granule for brain injury.Methods SD rats were divided into different groups

and Naoshang Lesheng Granule （12g/kg

6g/kg

3g/kg） and Nimodipine （10mg/kg） were given respectively.Moisture capacity of brain

cerebral index

MDA

degree of cerebral infarction and injury condition of motor nerval function were observed.Healthy hybrid dogs of different groups were given Naoshang Lesheng Granule （3.0g/kg

1.5g/kg） and Nimodipine （10mg/kg） respectively.Cerebral blood flow （CBF） and cerebral vascular resistance （CVR） were observed.Results Naoshang Lesheng Granule could reduce moisture capacity of brain

cerebral index

MDA and area of cerebral infarction and improve motor nerval function of rats with cerebral ischemia and brain injury remarkably.It could improve CBF and reduce CVR of dogs obviously and had no effect on heart rate

blood pressure and ECG.Conclusion Naoshang Lesheng Granule has significant therapeutic effect for brain injury.
