摘要

目的分析类风湿关节炎（RA）患者中医临床证候分布特点。方法对475例RA患者的中医证候分布情况与年龄、病程、主要实验室指标、X线分期进行回顾性分析。结果各证型在病程、病情活动情况方面差异有显著性意义;在年龄、主要实验室指标、放射学改变方面亦存在差异

但无统计学意义（P>0.05）。475例患者中

湿热痹阻型最多

占41.7%;其次为湿热痹阻合并瘀血阻络型

占10.9%。结论湿热痹阻型病程短

病情重

且多见于疾病活动期

并易与瘀血相合致病

故临床RA活动期多见湿热痹阻合并瘀血阻络证。

Abstract

Objective To study Chinese medical pattern characteristic of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods Retrospective analytical method was used to investigate pattern distribution

main laboratory index and X-ray stage of 475 RA patients.Results There were great differences in course and pathogenetic condition among different patterns.There was no statistical significance in age

main laboratory index and X-ray although differences existed.Most of the patterns was damp-heat impeding which accounted for 41.7%

then damp-heat impeding with static blood obstructing the network vessels which accounted for 10.9%.Conclusion When it comes to damp-heat impeding pattern

course is short and condition is serious.Pattern of damp-heat impeding with static blood obstructing the network vessels is common in active stage of RA

as damp-heat impeding is easily accompanied with static blood.
