Objective To check the concordance of and improve symptom information acquisition table for Chronic type B hepatitis （HB）. Methods Scorer reliability method which meant information of the same patient was collected by two trained doctors was used to collect the information of clinic or in-hospital patients in 6 centers. Spearman correlation coefficient evaluation was used to analyze the correlation of symptom scores recorded by two doctors. Results Scorer reliability method could reflect the acquisition quality of all centers. Correlation coefficient values of most symptoms in the table were up to standard.
