摘要

目的观察当飞利肝宁胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的临床疗效。方法符合纳入标准的NAFLD患者42例

随机分为两组

治疗组每次给予当飞利肝宁胶囊4粒

每日3次口服;对照组每次给予益肝灵片2粒

每日3次口服

疗程均为12周。结果两组患者治疗前后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）水平差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）。治疗组患者治疗前后血清总胆固醇（TC）及甘油三酯（TG）差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）

对照组TC及TG的改变不显著（P>0.05）。治疗组可显著改善肝脏影像学变化（P<0.05）。结论当飞利肝宁胶囊可改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的临床症状

且治疗疗效显著。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dangfei Liganning Capsule for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Methods Totally 42 cases of NAFLD were randomly divided into two groups. Dangfei Liganning Capsule was given to treatment group

while Yiganling Tablet in control group. The treatment course lasted for 12 weeks. Results After treatment

the level of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate transaminase decreased significantly in both groups （P<0.01）. Total cholesterol and triglyeride decreased and liver imaging improved significantly in treatment group （P<0.01 or P<0.05）. Conclusion Dangfei Liganning Capsule can relieve clinical symptoms and has therapeutic effect on NAFLD.
