摘要

目的观察胃喜康煎剂对乙酸致胃溃疡模型大鼠生长因子的影响。方法40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组（空白组）、模型组、雷尼替丁组、胃喜康低剂量组（低剂量组）、胃喜康高剂量组（高剂量组）5组

每组8只。造模、采集标本

用免疫组化法检测表皮生长因子（EGF）、转化生长因子α（TGF-α）、表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）蛋白表达;用原位杂交法、RT-PCR方法观测EGFR基因表达的情况。结果EGF、TGF-α、EGFR蛋白表达增加（P<0.05）;EGFRmRNA表达增强（P<0.05）。结论胃喜康煎剂通过适当提高EGF、TGF-α、EGFR表达水平

在一定程度上起到抗胃溃疡并防止其复发的作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of Weixikang（Herbal Decoction for Gastric Ulcer） on the growth factors of rats with acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer.-Methods The rats were randomized into control group

model group

ranitidine group

Weixikang small dosage group

and Weixikang big dosage group

with eight rats in each.Models were made and samples collected.The immunohistochemical method was adopted to test the epidermal growth factor（EGF）

transforming growth factor-α（TGF-α）

and the protein expression of epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR）.The hybridization in situ method and the RT-PCR method were adopted to test the gene expression of EGFR.-Results The protein expression of EGF

TGF-α and EGFR was increased（P<0.05）;the expression of EGFR mRNA was strengthened.-Conclusion Weixikang Decoction acts to a certain degree to resist the gastric ulcer and prevent recurrence through strengthening the expression of EGF

TGF-α and EGFR.
