摘要

目的观察肝宁方对肝硬化门脉高压患者的疗效。方法将70例肝硬化门脉高压患者随机分成肝宁方治疗组（治疗组）35例和对照组35例。观察治疗前后门静脉血液流变学指标门静脉内径（DPV）、脾静脉内径（DSV）和门静脉最大血流速度（PVX）、脾静脉最大血流速度（SVX）

门静脉血流量（PVF）

脾静脉血流量（SVF）、肝纤维化指标透明质酸（HA）、Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ）、层黏蛋白（LN）、Ⅳ型胶原（CⅣ）以及临床症状积分的变化。结果治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较

DPV、DSV、PVF、SVF、HA、CⅣ、临床症状积分均显著降低（P<0.01）;治疗后治疗组与对照组比较

PVF、SVF显著降低（P<0.01）

DSV、HA、CⅣ、临床症状积分亦显著降低（P<0.05）。结论肝宁方具有降低肝硬化门脉高压的作用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Ganning Fang （Formula for soothing the liver） on portal hypertension of hepatic cirrhosis. Methods The 70 patients with portal hypertension of hepatic cirrhosis were randomized into treatment group and control group

with 35 in each. The changes of indices including diameter of portal vein （DPV）

diameter of splenic vein （DSV）

portal vein maximum velocity （PVX）

splenic vein maximum velocity （SVX）

portal vein flow volume （PVF）

splenic vein flow volume （SVF）

liver fibrosis index of hyaluronic acid （HA）

precollagen Ⅲ （PⅢ）

laminin （LN）

collagen type Ⅳ（CⅣ）

and scores of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results In the treatment group

DPV

DSV

PVF

SVF

CⅣ and the scores of clinical symptoms after treatment were evidently reduced （P<0.01）; compared with the control group after treatment

the PVF and SVF were evidently reduced （P<0.01）

and DSV

CⅣ and scores of clinical symptoms were also evidently reduced （P<0.05）. Conclusion Ganning Fang can reduce the pressure of portal vein of hepatic cirrhosis.
